  Initial process was smooth and easy. Installation was very delayed from the estimates given initially (was told the "average" was 58 days, mine took 98 days). Had to call repeatedly to get a verified scheduled start date because I was told I needed to be there for the installers for the start and end of the job. Installation took 3 days, after which the service upgrade failed inspection mostly due to a careless installation. The electrician came back and resolved the issues, at which point the inspector could not return until the following week. No compensation was offered at all throughout this process
